Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through the "Cancel Subscription" option in their Profile settings.
Monthly Subscriptions
- •Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- •You retain access to the features you subscribed to until the billing period expires
- •All future billing is automatically stopped
Annual Subscriptions
- •Cancellation stops future renewals
- •You retain access to the features you subscribed to for the remainder of your annual term
- •We offer a 7-day free trial with full access to Starter Tier features. After your trial, all subscriptions are non-refundable
